Currently has 3 therapists they are all being overpaid, any new owner would bring on one full time therapist and pay market value and all new therapy patients will be seen by the new therapist, once this therapist case load is full, bring on another and so on.

Owner processes payroll once a month, reconciles the insurance payments, once a month and meets with the billers.

And any other issue or questions the intake specialist has.

Staff is currently:

1- W2 intake specialist/secretary

3 therapist and one physiatrist on 1099

-Board-certified psychiatrist who prescribes medication for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.

-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- In addition to working with couples and families, she also treats individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and related issues

Licensed Clinical Social Worker- who primarily treats individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, identity issues, and other emotional challenges.

Licensed Professional Counselor – who treats patients with similar concerns as above and is also certified in EMDR therapy for trauma and PTSD.

Open to selling the building as well.

Growth potential:

-Psychiatrist is part time and licensed in PA, NJ, and NY, we currently don’t do any marketing/networking in any of these states, the only new clients we are getting is from PA and very few from NJ but with the right marketing/networking you have 3 states to market too.
